QLS technology (Quality Long Stroke technology) is the new generation of patented long stroke diaphragm equipment from Wagner. The
optimised hydraulics and new valve technology now provide even greater performance. The longer stroke of the diaphragm allows the
application of a wide range of materials, from thin liquids to high viscosity coatings. The reduced stroke rate means that wear components
are under much less stress, giving a longer service life and lower maintenance costs.
The Super Finish range has wear resistant tungsten carbide valves and solvent resistant polyamide diaphragms. The geometry of the
diaphragm allows it to be guided evenly minimizing friction, making it reliable and long lasting.
Diaphragm pumps especially lend themselves to small colour runs using hoppers because of the variable pressure control additions such
as aircoat.
User friendly functions such as the Green Light LED - indicates that voltage is present for ease of checking and special spanners supplied
are stowed in the tool pouch where they can be easily accessed. And all this is backed by Wagner’s 2 year warranty.
