WAGNER’s new Finish 230 AirCoat compact spray pack is a mobile complete solution for professional paint applications using the air-supported airless method. The spray pack has its own compressor, which is fitted on a cart along with the other components. This setup means that the Finish 230 AirCoat compact is always ready for its next job. At the heart of the spray pack lies the very practical, low-pulsation Finish 230 diaphragm pump to which the new, ergonomic AirCoat gun AC 4600 Professional and the newly developed, highly flexible high-pressure double hose and low-noise compressor are connected. One pressure gauge each for material pressure and air pressure deliver outstanding control. All components are matched perfectly to one another such that optimum use can be made of the benefits of AirCoat painting, such as very fine atomisation, low levels of overspray and highly efficient application.

The Finish 230 AirCoat compact painting system applies numerous coating materials, such as solvent-containing and water-soluble paints, clear paints, primers, stains, 2-component materials, polyurethanes and materials containing a high proportion of solids according to the VOC guideline.
